We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We regret we are unable to accept goods returned after this period of time. Exchanges or refunds of returned goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked before being returned to us in “as new condition”. All items are returned at Buyer’s cost and we strongly advise you use a Tracked Service as Herheels Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost in the Postal System. Please note for reasons of hygiene, lingerie and items of a more intimate nature such as vibrators must clearly show signs of a fault before we are able to give a refund or exchange.
