Cancellation of orders

Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after your order has been submitted. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return the goods at their own cost. Herheels Limited can be contacted for this purpose either by email or by phone 07515 636 640 (between 10am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday). If orders are cancelled in this way, the products ordered will not be dispatched to the customer and Herheels Limited will refund your money by way of credit card transaction or company cheque.
